INTERNAL AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS
Regular Internal ISM/ISO/ISPS Audits and Safety Inspections are conducted onboard ships by qualified, experienced Superintendents, using up to date Guidelines, complying with current best Industry practices. These are followed up closely by BBMS Office to ascertain that the Observations / Findings detected are correctly addressed from grass roots levels to prevent recurrences. The BBMS Office is also submitted to Internal and External Audits, to ensure continued compliance with best industry practices and with the applicable Standards and ISM Code.
Flag State ,Port State Control and other Regulatory Body Compliance All BBMS managed ships are well prepared at any given time to undertake PSC, Flag State, Oil Majors, USCG, and other regulatory body's Inspections and Audits. Ship staff are continually supported by the Office in maintaining the ships in good condition, in maintaining the applicable documentations and adhering to the company and industry policies and procedures. Company representatives carry out Training Workshops onboard ships to explain these Policies and Procedures to Ship Staff. BBMS also aims to conduct training Workshops ashore for the ship staff in order get to know them personally, expose them to current maritime related topics by inviting Professionals from the Maritime field and train them in value added Training Courses.
